The purpose of the post is to manage and commercially develop catering services within the SC2 attraction. The post involves the planning, organisation and development of food and beverage services whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards, health and safety legislation and achieving financial targets. The post is primarily located at SC2, Rhyl but may also cover other catering operations within the Commercial Leisure portfolio. The post is ‘hands on’ and heavily involved in the day to day running of the operation including staff supervision and events management.
