When can we book? – During school term times only: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 10:30-11:30am
What is the minimum number of guests per booking? – For exclusive hire:Β 120 / For non-exclusive hire:Β 50
How much is it?Β – Bookings are Β£9 per child
What is the adult/teacher to child ratio required? – 1 teacher/adult : 10 childrenΒ
Ninja TAG Group Bookings
When can we book? – During school term times only: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 10:00 – 11:00 / 12:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 15:00

Make a booking:
- Ensure you have your date, number of guests you are wanting to book along with your preferred booking date. If you are booking one of our meal packages, please consider what time youβd like to have lunch served and advise us at the time of booking.
- To enquire, please complete the form below.
- A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking with final numbers and payment required 21 days prior to the event.

Booking FAQ’s
We are available for school group bookings Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during Welsh school term times. Please contact to request other days.
One teacher per 10 pupils will be admitted free of charge and must be present as points of contact for pupils during their visit.
You can book the facilities exclusively for your school, subject to the above minimum order quantities. If you donβt book exclusive use, you may share use of the facilities with other schools or members of the public.
A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking with final numbers and payment required 21 days prior to the event.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. The amount of refund to which you are entitled depends on how much notice you give us.
- Less than 7 daysβ notice: 100% of the Total Booking charges
- Less than 30 daysβ notice: Deposit paid.
- Over 90 daysβ notice: Deposit refunded, less an administration fee of Β£100.
A member of our team will meet your on arrival. Weβll give your group a welcome talk β including some of the important things you need to know about visiting SC2! Please try to stick to your confirmed arrival time.
Just call to let us know that youβre running late, and roughly by how long (if you know) and weβll do our best to ensure that your group doesnβt lose out.
If you arrive early, you will be able to wait for your scheduled start time in our Rainforest Diner.
Lockers in our Ninja TAG and Adventure Play area are free to use. Lockers in our Waterpark require a refundable deposit.
No, only food and drink bought at SC2 can be consumed on the premises.Β
