General SC2 Admissions Policies

  • We have CCTV running throughout the site for

  • All customers are advised to book online in advance to secure their slot as we cannot guarantee there will be space on the day or if we are holding a private hire/accessible friendly session. If sessions are at full capacity or an accessible friendly/private hire session is taking place, we reserve the right to turn customers away.

  • The centre management reserves the right to refuse admission or expel persons if their condition or conduct may cause a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others.

  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited within and around the immediate vicinity of the facility including the entrance ramp.

  • Children must be aged 12 years or over to be on site without a supervising adult, this includes the waterpark and Ninja Tag.

  • Respect our staff: We will not tolerate any bad language, abuse, threats or intimidation towards any member of staff, whether that be in-person, over the telephone or online. Anyone behaving in this manner towards our staff will be asked to leave and may be refused entry to all DLL facilities.

  • We do not allow guests to bring their own food and drink onto our premises, we have a number of food and beverage facilities available at SC2 to keep you going during your visit!

  • No refunds will be given: please see cancellation policy.

  • Customer’s property and belongings: SC2 accepts no responsibility or liability for loss, theft or damage to any personal possessions/items when using our facilities. Lockers are provided for the convenience of customers, but security and safeguarding of items within lockers also remains customers responsibility; SC2 will not be held liable for items going missing from lockers for whatever reason.

  • If you are booking tickets for Disabled Guests and their Carers: please bring proof* of Carer status with you and present at the guest services desk along with your booking confirmation. *Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award, Attendance Allowance Letter, Universal Credit with Carer Element, Carer’s Credit, Local Carer’s Card, National Carers Card, GP Registration, Emergency Carer’s Card

  • Customers must not be under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs or prescribed drugs that may affect your ability to function safely.

  • Dogs are only permitted on site in the rainforest diner area and the terrace bar. Dogs are not permitted in the waterpark, changing rooms, Ninja Tag/ Adventure Play seating area and the outdoor splash pad. (This excludes service dogs.)

Bookings Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and transfers of date are only allowed if enough notice is given. If you cannot attend on the date you have pre-booked for, please call to rearrange your visit. You will normally be given 30 days to re-use your ticket before it expires, but you must give us at least 1 week’s notice if you need to rearrange your visit. You can only re-book your tickets on one occasion. All Tickets are non-refundable. Should Government guidelines result in closure of our facility, we will of course rearrange your visit for when we are able to reopen. Opening times and prices are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept tickets or vouchers that have been purchased from any third party. The resale of our tickets by third parties without our permission is a fraudulent act and legal action will be taken.
