Bookings Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and transfers of date are only allowed if enough notice is given. If you cannot attend on the date you have pre-booked for, please call to rearrange your visit. You will normally be given 30 days to re-use your ticket before it expires, but you must give us at least 1 week’s notice if you need to rearrange your visit. You can only re-book your tickets on one occasion. All Tickets are non-refundable. Should Government guidelines result in closure of our facility, we will of course rearrange your visit for when we are able to reopen. Opening times and prices are subject to change without notice.

If you are booking tickets for Disabled Guests and their Carers: please bring proof* of Carer status with you and present at the guest services desk along with your booking confirmation. *Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award, Attendance Allowance Letter, Universal Credit with Carer Element, Carer’s Credit, Local Carer’s Card, National Carers Card, GP Registration, Emergency Carer’s Card

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept tickets or vouchers that have been purchased from any third party. The resale of our tickets by third parties without our permission is a fraudulent act and legal action will be taken.
